Assembly

In Person | Full-time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Overtime as Needed

Home Guard Industries is seeking motivated individuals to join our production team in assembly, powder coating, or painting. These positions are ideal for those with hands-on skills who enjoy working in a supportive, family-owned environment focused on building high-quality windows and doors.

Compensation

  • $17 – $19 per hour

  • $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly work using power tools and general building skills

  • Operate paint spray guns and finishing equipment for entry doors

  • Support powder coating processes in the Security Doors Department

  • Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, clean work area

  • Meet quality standards and production goals through teamwork

Requirements

  • Experience with painting or assembly (1 year preferred)

  • Familiarity with HVLP paint guns, pressure pots, or pneumatic paint systems is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work overtime when required

  • Relocation to Grabill, IN is required before starting work

Class A CDL Over-the-Road Truck Driver

In Person | Full-time | Over-the-Road | Monday–Friday (Typical) | Northeast Routes

Home Guard Industries is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class A CDL Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Driver to join our team based out of Grabill, IN. Home Guard Industries is a family-owned manufacturer of residential windows and door products, committed to dependable service and long-term employee success.

Compensation

  • $90,000 – $110,000 per year

  • $10,000 sign-on bonus

    • $5,000 after 90 days of employment

    • $5,000 after 12 months of employment

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Class A CDL vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations

  • Plan and follow optimal routes to ensure on-time deliveries

  • Load, unload, and safely secure cargo

  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure proper upkeep

  • Maintain clear communication with dispatch and transportation teams

  • Uphold safety, quality, and service standards at all times

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL license with a strong safety record

  • Thorough knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards

  • Experience with loading, unloading, and safe cargo handling

  • Ability to operate and maintain equipment efficiently

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

  • Familiarity with vehicle maintenance is a plus
